In Russia, ECCO operates over 200 stores and is also well represented across CIS countries.

    ECCO’s core focus is creating a modern and recognizable customer experience — including through visual and digital communication within its retail spaces.
  • Tasks
    As part of a large-scale update of its store window concept, ECCO approached SmartPlayer with the goal to:
    • Enhance the attractiveness of store windows and motivate passersby to enter;
    • Integrate Digital Signage into key retail zones — from windows to checkout areas — in an aesthetically pleasing and technologically advanced way;
    • Ensure centralized and user-friendly management of digital content across all store screens;
    • Gain a tool for quickly and flexibly updating marketing materials.
  • Solutions
    The project was implemented in partnership with Elektronnye Dengi. The following key steps were carried out:

    Audit and Equipment Selection
    A technical evaluation of the new window design was conducted, and suitable display models were selected — high-resolution LCD panels optimized for visual comfort.
    The screens were seamlessly integrated into retail fixtures, achieving an aesthetic and functional balance.

    SmartPlayer Integration
    Our system was implemented as the centralized content management hub for ECCO’s entire screen network. This enabled full control over visual communication across all stores. Digital Signage scenarios covered window displays, checkout areas, and shelving equipment — turning screens into a natural part of the in-store environment.
